In 1995 the old school was renovated for the expansion of the United Counties Court and members decided to rent other facilities for the meetings, critiques and the annual show. From 1996 to the present, the Annual Show and Sale has been held in the Brockville Museum on Henry Street on the second weekend in November. Additionally, members' works are on show at Bridlewood Manor, Sherwood Park Manor and the Spa at the Royal Brock Hotel.Monthly meetings are held at Bridlewood Manor on the second Tuesday of each month from September to June. Business meetings and critiques are held on alternate months; two workshops are held annually.
